We always do a free, 30-minute virtual introduction call prior to scheduling 60-minute coaching sessions.  

What is the cost of a coaching session with EMC? 

Starting June 2025, my full fee is $150 to $250 per 1-hour session.

If the rate listed isn't accessible to you, please let me know so we can talk about this together, and find something that works for both of us.

Any income per hour greater than $150 goes towards serving those most in need, including but not limited to Black, Indigenous, and Palestinian folks, as well as community organizers.   Please reach out to me if you have any questions.  ​

After the introductions call, we can set up virtual 60-minute one-on-one coaching calls.

I ask new clients to book a 6-session package, which is paid monthly based on the number of sessions scheduled for that month.  The first session of the 6-session package is an intake session where we gather some helpful information.  

As both being an ADHDer and being in marginalized communities can impact earnings, I try to keep my services as accessible as possible to those who need it.  This all while still trying myself to survive under capitalism, too.
