About me: I’m an ADHD Coach, and an AuDHDer who is white, transgender, genderqueer, queer, chronically ill and disabled.
I offer 1-on-1 virtual coaching for adults. I focus on working with the queer community and with individuals from other marginalized communities.
I have worked with diverse learners for over 10 years in both executive functioning skills coaching and professional training settings, one-on-one and in small groups. I have completed over 100 hours of ADHD-specific coach training.
I enjoy meeting people where they are, and from there, working on real life strategies tailored to thriving in all aspects of life.
